The Death of Inspiration

The vagrant mind seeks to liberate,
To spark fervent flames of its escape,
From the confines of shackled stillness,
That plagues the mind into stilted trances,
Lost and serenaded in twilights murky,
It strives to regain a fallen angel’s glory,
An Extinguished fire with whiffs of burning ember,
An Awakening It seeks to reignite the wanderer.
